These terms cover your use of BookedFoal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
BookedFoal provides tools for stallion stations to manage stallions, breeding contracts, shipments, billing and communication with mare owners, and for mare owners to view and manage their contracts. Features may change as the service develops.
Your account
- Keep your login details secure and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
- Provide accurate information, including the contact details stations and owners rely on.
- Station administrators are responsible for who they invite and what access they give.
Your content
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service for you and the people you share contracts with. You’re responsible for having the right to enter information about other people, such as mare owners’ contact details.
Contracts and payments between users
Breeding contracts, fees and payments are agreements between stallion stations and mare owners. BookedFoal records and displays them but is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for their terms, performance or disputes. If online payments are offered, they are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t use BookedFoal to break the law, send spam, access data you aren’t permitted to see, or interfere with the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep BookedFoal available and accurate but provide it “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on information in the service. Keep your own copies of important documents.
Ending use
You can stop using BookedFoal at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will note the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
